Applications for the current school year 2016-2017 should be submitted by October 1, 2016. Any student who received benefits during the 2015-2016 school year will CONTINUE to receive benefits until OCTOBER 16, 2016. New applications must be submitted by October 14th to the school nurse or building principal.
